Cassette Wheel Hub Oil Seal

A cassette seal packs several lips, a metal carrier and an outer shield into one unitized assembly. That construction keeps the sealing lip clean and pre-loaded at the factory, which suits axles that see deep water, salt spray or heavy dirt and cannot be serviced often.

Sizes and materials

Bore diameters from roughly 100 mm to 200 mm. Nitrile is the standard elastomer, with FKM available for hotter positions. Because the assembly is pre-set, correct fitting depth matters - each product page lists the reference dimensions.

Quality control and inspection

Every production lot is checked for lip geometry, spring tension, case concentricity and rubber hardness, then inspected visually for flash, voids and flow lines before packing. Inspection results are recorded against the batch, so any shipment can be traced back to the lot it came from.

Ordering and lead time

In stock: ships in 1 to 2 days. Not in stock but still in current production: 10 to 15 days. Not in stock and not in production: 25 to 30 days.
