Concrete Mixer Gearbox Oil Seal

Oil seals and repair kits for concrete mixer gearboxes and reducers - heavy-duty, dust and water resistant, with spiral return threads for contaminated duty.

Mixer reducers work in the worst conditions on a site: cement dust, wash-down water and constant shock loading from the drum. Seals that simply keep oil in are not enough here - they also have to keep abrasive slurry out of the bearing chamber.

What we supply

  • Input shaft seals for mixer reducers
  • Output shaft and flange seals
  • Seals with internal spiral return thread to push contamination back out
  • Repair kits covering one complete reducer rebuild
  • Inspection covers and gaskets

Sizes and materials

Bore diameters from roughly 40 mm to 200 mm, with diameters and heights matched to the common mixer drum and reducer sizes. Nitrile is standard, with FKM and HNBR for hotter or heavily loaded units.

Quality control and inspection

Every production lot is checked for lip geometry, spring tension, case concentricity and rubber hardness, then inspected visually for flash, voids and flow lines before packing. Inspection results are recorded against the batch, so any shipment can be traced back to the lot it came from.

Ordering and lead time

In stock: ships in 1 to 2 days. Not in stock but still in current production: 10 to 15 days. Not in stock and not in production: 25 to 30 days.
