This TB 44x59x9mm metal cased double lip oil seal is a standard radial rotary shaft seal designed for automotive and light industrial sealing applications. Manufactured with precision-bonded NBR rubber and a rigid steel outer case, it delivers reliable fluid retention and contamination protection under continuous rotation and vibration.

Installation Guide

1. Thoroughly clean the shaft and housing bore. Remove all burrs, old seal residue, rust and contamination.
2. Lightly lubricate the sealing lip and shaft with the same oil or grease used in the assembly. Do not install dry.
3. Press the seal evenly into the housing using a proper installation tool. Keep the seal perfectly perpendicular to the bore.
4. Do not strike the rubber lip or hammer directly on the metal case edge. Avoid cocking or distorting the seal.
5. After assembly, rotate the shaft by hand to check for binding. Inspect for leakage during initial test run.
