FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Hanch products, delivery, MOQ, quality and OEM/ODM cooperation.

How to submit an RFQ and get a quotation?

1) Open the inquiry page and enter company and contact details. 2) Provide model/size/quantity and duty conditions. 3) Note sample needs (intent=sample) when required. 4) Submit — we typically reply within 24 hours with an actionable quote and lead time. Final price and schedule follow the formal quotation.

What is your typical MOQ (MOQ) value? Can you prepare a small-batch sample?

We support samples and small trial lots for stocked sizes. Production MOQ is typically 100–5,000 pcs depending on tooling, material and process. Standard lead time is 7–15 days; custom is 25–40 days. Submit model/size/qty via the inquiry form — the formal quotation is authoritative.

What are the respective lead times for standard parts and customization parts?

Stock/standard sizes usually ship in 7–15 working days. Custom dimensions, special materials or tooling typically take 25–40 working days. Mark urgent needs in the inquiry notes; the quotation confirms the slot.

There are only competing products—OEM and model—but not your part number. Can we use them as a reference for selection?

Sure. Please include the competing products/OEM model, key dimensions (ID × OD × height, in mm), and operating conditions (medium, temperature, pressure, rotational speed) to the inquiry form, and we will match them with equivalent specs items in our catalog. If dimensions are unavailable, please send model and photos/drawing first, and we will confirm the details. The final model selection will be based on the confirmation of drawing and operating conditions, and the official quotation will be subject to the written quotation order.

Which sealing materials do you use? How to choose for high temperature or special media?

Common materials include NBR, FKM/FPM, PTFE and silicone—matched to media, temperature and pressure. Share working temperature, media and motion type; we recommend a grade and note limits on the quote.

Does it support OEM/ODM along with privatization of packaging and tagging?

We support performing OEM/ODM in accordance with drawing/sample, as well as packaging and marking customization within the agreed upon scope. Please provide details on the target market’s compliance requirements and estimated annual volume. During the RFQ phase, we will confirm process feasibility, tooling costs, and mass production cycle time.

Do you export? What trade terms and payment methods are available?

We export to international buyers. Terms and payment (e.g. T/T) are confirmed during RFQ. Note destination port/country and preferred terms; formal contracts and PIs follow mutual confirmation.

What QC is done before shipment? Can you provide test reports?

Pre shipment dimensional/visual checks per order; material certificates or test reports available as agreed by product/lot. Specify document types and standards in the RFQ.

How do I request samples? How are sample and freight fees handled?

Use the inquiry form with sample intent, model/size and ship to address. Sample/freight waivers depend on item and partnership intent—confirmed by sales email. Provide full specs to avoid wrong shipments.
