Selection Tips

Confirm shaft dimension 56 mm, housing bore 112 mm and seal stepped height 8/10 mm. Verify lubricant type before final selection.

Installation Steps

1. Clean shaft and housing bore fully, remove burrs, rust and old seal residue.
2. Lubricate sealing lips and shaft with compatible lubricant; dry installation is not allowed.
3. Press the seal squarely and evenly with proper installation tool, keep perpendicular to bore.
4. Do not strike rubber lip directly, protect seal outer surface from scratches and deformation.
5. Rotate shaft manually after assembly, then run low pressure test and check for oil leakage.
