O-Rings & O-Ring Boxes

O-rings are the simplest static seal and still the most common cause of a drip. This range covers standard metric and inch cross-sections, supplied either as single sizes for production use or as compartment boxes for workshop and field repair.

What we supply

• Inch and AS568-style O-rings

Sizes and materials

Elastomer selection follows the fluid: nitrile for mineral oil and grease from -30 C to +100 C, FKM for fuels, acids and high temperature, EPDM for water and steam, silicone for dry heat and food-contact positions.

Quality control and inspection

Every production lot is checked for lip geometry, spring tension, case concentricity and rubber hardness, then inspected visually for flash, voids and flow lines before packing. Inspection results are recorded against the batch, so any shipment can be traced back to the lot it came from.

Ordering and lead time

In stock: ships in 1 to 2 days. Not in stock but still in current production: 10 to 15 days. Not in stock and not in production: 25 to 30 days.
