Hydraulic Pump Oil Seal
Shaft seals for hydraulic pumps and motors - high-pressure tolerant profiles in NBR, HNBR and FKM for gear, vane and piston pump shafts.
Hydraulic pump shaft seals sit between a pressurised housing and a rotating shaft, so they have to hold against both pressure and surface speed. The profiles in this range use reinforced lips and heavy springs to keep contact under those conditions.

Sizes and materials
Bore diameters from about 16 mm to 90 mm. HNBR and FKM are preferred for hot hydraulic circuits; nitrile suits mineral-oil systems running below 100 C.
Quality control and inspection
Every production lot is checked for lip geometry, spring tension, case concentricity and rubber hardness, then inspected visually for flash, voids and flow lines before packing. Inspection results are recorded against the batch, so any shipment can be traced back to the lot it came from.
