BENZ Oil Seal
Oil seals for MERCEDES-BENZ trucks, buses and vans - crankshaft, transmission, axle and wheel hub seals in NBR and FKM.
MERCEDES-BENZ commercial vehicles are kept in service for a long time and are usually repaired rather than replaced. Rear crankshaft and wheel hub seals are the two positions that drive most of the demand.
What we supply
- Crankshaft front and rear seals for the OM and OM 900 engine families
- Camshaft and timing case seals
- Transmission input, output and retarder seals
- Rear and front wheel hub seals

Sizes and materials
Bore diameters mainly from 40 mm to 180 mm. FKM is common for rear crankshaft positions; nitrile covers hub and gearbox duty.
Vehicle and equipment brand names are used only to describe fitment.
Quality control and inspection
Every production lot is checked for lip geometry, spring tension, case concentricity and rubber hardness, then inspected visually for flash, voids and flow lines before packing. Inspection results are recorded against the batch, so any shipment can be traced back to the lot it came from.
