Auto Oil Seal

Automotive oil seals for crankshaft, camshaft, transmission and axle positions on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles - metric and inch sizes in NBR, FKM and silicone rubber.

This range covers the rotating-shaft seals that keep oil inside an engine, gearbox or axle while keeping dust, mud and water out. Seals are grouped by the position they serve rather than by vehicle model, so one size can often be matched to several applications.

What we supply

  • Crankshaft front and rear seals, camshaft and balance-shaft seals
  • Input, output and selector shaft seals for manual and automatic transmissions
  • Differential pinion, carrier and axle-end seals
  • Single-lip, double-lip and spring-loaded profiles, in solid or cored metal cases

Sizes and materials

Bore diameters run from roughly 15 mm to 210 mm, in both metric and inch standards. Nitrile (NBR) covers ordinary oil and grease duty from -30 C to +100 C; fluoroelastomer (FKM) and silicone (VMQ) are available where temperature or fluid resistance demands it.

Quality control and inspection

Every production lot is checked for lip geometry, spring tension, case concentricity and rubber hardness, then inspected visually for flash, voids and flow lines before packing. Inspection results are recorded against the batch, so any shipment can be traced back to the lot it came from.
